These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Joy Arcade website, mobile application, gameplay features, waitlist, and related services.
By accessing or using Joy Arcade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If Joy Arcade is in prerelease or launching soon, these Terms also apply to your access to waitlists, previews, test programs, and promotional pages.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration details, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
Joy Arcade may present mini-games, daily activities, referrals, leaderboards, social features, or similar experiences. Availability can change at any time. Access to certain features may depend on device compatibility, account status, regional availability, and compliance with these Terms.
Joy Arcade may offer points, rankings, referral features, streaks, or other in-app indicators tied to gameplay and participation. Feature rules may change at any time. Joy Arcade may reset, restrict, remove, or adjust scores, rankings, or referral-related activity where fraud, abuse, technical error, or manipulation is reasonably suspected.
You may not use bots, emulators, automation, VPN abuse, identity spoofing, false device signals, multiple accounts without permission, or any method intended to manipulate gameplay, rankings, referrals, or platform integrity. You also may not interfere with platform security or other users.
Some features may rely on third-party analytics, hosting, crash reporting, advertising, or social sharing providers. Joy Arcade is not responsible for third-party content, external websites, or partner decisions, and your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.
Joy Arcade branding, software, design, content, and related materials are owned by Joy Arcade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service.
Joy Arcade may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or engage in conduct that harms the platform, partners, or users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Joy Arcade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Joy Arcade does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific gameplay outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joy Arcade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Joy Arcade may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
